Official Rules — The Ultimate Golf Giveaway

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. By entering the Giveaway, you agree to these Official Rules.
1. Sponsor
The "Buddies Bet Tracker Ultimate Golf Giveaway" (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Lightt Media, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma ("Sponsor," "we," or "us"), the publisher of the Buddies Bet Tracker mobile app (the "App").
2. Entry Period
The Giveaway begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Central Time (CT) on October 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on December 29, 2026 (the "Entry Period") — a total of 90 days. Entries received outside the Entry Period are void. Sponsor's system clock is the official timekeeper for the Giveaway.
3. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and officers of Lightt Media, and the immediate family (spouse, parents, children, siblings) and household members of each, are not eligible. The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. How To Enter — No Purchase Necessary
During the Entry Period, download the free Buddies Bet Tracker app from the Apple App Store or Google Play and create an account. Each person who creates one account during the Entry Period receives one (1) entry. Limit one entry per person for the entire Entry Period, regardless of how many devices, accounts, or email addresses are used; duplicate accounts by the same person will be treated as a single entry.
The App is free to download and a free account is all that's required to enter. Purchasing the optional Buddies Bet Tracker subscription is never required to enter or win, and does not improve your odds of winning.
5. Prizes
Three (3) winners will each be awarded one of the following prize packages:
- Putter Package — winner's choice of putter, up to an approximate retail value (ARV) of $350 (for example, a TaylorMade Spider Tour X L-Neck or a comparable model the winner selects).
- Driver Package — winner's choice of driver, up to an ARV of $650 (for example, a TaylorMade Qi4D or a comparable model the winner selects).
- Rangefinder Package — winner's choice of rangefinder, up to an ARV of $600 (for example, a Bushnell Pro X3+ or a comparable model the winner selects).
Total ARV of all prizes: $1,600. If a winner's chosen product exceeds the stated ARV cap for their category, the winner is responsible for paying the difference, or Sponsor may instead award a comparable item at or under the cap. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion (for example, if a specific model becomes unavailable).
6. Winner Selection & Odds
On or about January 8, 2027, Sponsor will randomly select one winner for each of the three prize categories from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification
Potential winners will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact information provided at account creation, within five (5) business days of selection. A potential winner must respond within seven (7) days of the notification attempt and may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and, where legally permitted, a Publicity Release. If a potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond in time, is found ineligible, or any required document is returned as undeliverable, that prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner selected from the remaining eligible entries, at Sponsor's discretion.
8. Prize Delivery & Taxes
Prizes will be shipped within 6–8 weeks of receipt of any required signed documents, to the mailing address provided by the winner. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on their prize. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 (or equivalent) for any prize with an ARV of $600 or more awarded to a U.S. resident, as required by law.
9. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes each winner's consent for Sponsor to use their name, city and state, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes related to this Giveaway, in any media, without additional compensation.
10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if fraud, a technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or garbled entries; for App Store or Google Play outages; or for any technical, hardware, software, or network failure of any kind. Sponsor may disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process, violating these Official Rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
11. Release & Limitation of Liability
By entering, you release and agree to hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Giveaway or from the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. Data Use
Information collected in connection with the Giveaway is used by Sponsor to administer it — including selecting and notifying winners — and, where you've agreed to receive them, for marketing communications about Buddies Bet Tracker, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
13. Not A Lottery; No Gambling
This Giveaway is a free promotional sweepstakes. Buddies Bet Tracker is a scorekeeping and tally app — it does not process payments, hold funds, or facilitate gambling. The Giveaway is unrelated to any bets players track within the App and does not require any payment or wager to enter.
14. Not Sponsored By Apple, Google, TaylorMade, Or Bushnell
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc., Google LLC, TaylorMade Golf Company, Inc., or Bushnell Golf. All product names, logos, and brands mentioned are the property of their respective owners and are used here for identification purposes only.
15. Winner List & Rules Requests
For the name of the winner(s) (available after January 22, 2027) or a copy of these Official Rules, email support@buddiesbettracker.com with "Giveaway" in the subject line.
16. Governing Law
This Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
